H1N1

I think we are having the kids vaccined against the swine flu. We've been back and forth between wanting to and not, and it seems every doctor out there is recommending it and when it comes to these kids I don't think we can afford to take a chance and not get it. Kids spread germs so easily and while we are stuck in this house alone 90 percent of the time, the other 10 is spent down the street with our friends, Jen, who works in an elementary school, Serena who goes to a daycare and Wally who also sees a lot of people with his job. Plus we like to take the kids to the stores sometimes so they can see something different. So that is a lot of germs to be exposed to.
We don't really like that the vaccine is so new but we think it's most likely the best decision for our kids....
